She was just baby, developing her own little personality. Turns out she is a little ham!
She was so talented, she didn't even have to stop watching her favorite movies to take a picture!
And now she is a second grader. She has grown into an independent little thing!
I wonder how old she will be when she decides she no longer wants to watch The Little Mermaid with her Aunt Jackie?
I wonder how old she will be when she decides her Aunt Jackie isn't as cool as she thought?I dread the day. And maybe even pray a little that the day will never come. I talked to my sister last night and she told me about something Sydney said at church yesterday. I guess she was being a little crazy (as all kids like to be) and a friend told her she was just like her mother. Syd quickly responded with "No, I am like my Aunt Jackie!" I find it funny and flattering!
If she is anything like me she will be getting into a lot of trouble for talking in class and Math will be her nemesis. But I am sure she will be a lot better at school than I. I can't wait to talk to her and see how her first day of 2nd grade went! I better cherish these days while they last. Before I know it she will be graduating!
